IMLAUER Hotels & Restaurants unlocks long-term value with Mews
Hotel Manager Johannes Rott, who led onboarding across all properties, together with Markus Schmid, Resident Manager of IMLAUER Hotel Vienna and IMLAUER Hotel Nestroy Vienna, formed the core of the project team that successfully managed the transition.
Modernize operations: IMLAUER wanted a flexible, cloud-based PMS to replace their legacy system. This would simplify daily tasks, reduce manual work, and provide a centralized platform for managing multiple properties efficiently.
Improve guest experience: The team aimed to streamline check-in, check-out, and payment processes, allowing guests to enjoy smoother, faster, and more personalized service. Enhancing guest satisfaction was a key focus across both city hotels and the resort.
