What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

It has hundreds of integrations available, which some can be integrated with a simple click. Easy to use even for people without experience in technology or PMS, which makes it possible to focus on the guest experience.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Even though is not the cheapest PMS in the market, is for sure one that can meet most hoteliers needs and that will keep improving and adding features without charging for every single new functionality. Their team will be there to help when needed as well.

When we hire, it is easy and fast to learn through the Mews academy It's easy to use for the new generation and it is close to what they are used to with regards to phones and apps

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

We have raised some issues about breakfast and cleaning lists that need to be improved especially for apparthôtels and long stay guests

This PMS save time for all the process ; *reservation/dbt cd/ check in/check out. it's a really big pleasure for the front office.
