What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Allow an easy to use and setup communication channel between my property and the guest. The app replaces much of the paper materials we used before with an engaging interactive experience that the guest can carry with them.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Compared to the others I have tried this app is by far the easiest to acquire, configure and deploy. No technical or IT skill required and it can be up and running in a few hours. Better yet, you don't need the Vendor to make changes or to administer the service.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Don't wait, just get it and start using it. There is nothing simpler or cheaper out there. Once you have access pay attention to Places of Interest section as it is the best way to share your local knowledge with your guest

-provides a digital platform that is user-friendly, focused on client needs, and makes guest communication more efficient, especially in these times.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The app is working well so far. The properties load okay... could be a bit faster, but no complaints. It would be nice to have more appealing font styles.

Very easy to use for both, guests and the hotel. It definitely improves guests experience and helps to upsell additional services that we offer to our clients

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

A possibility to have other languages than english would be great as we have many local guests as well as those coming from all around the world

The App facilitates communication between hotels and their guests. It helps to keep them informed and updated about the hotel's facilities.
