What do you like most?
As we are new to the product we do have much to share. The application does seem to be very easy to use, it is fast and transparent. I am sure the agents will find it useful and easy to use, and time efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be useful if we could personalize the directory view and structure, other than we do not have any comments as we are a new user.
