Everguest eccelle per la sua esperienza utente. Certo, esistono altri strumenti che possono fare lo stesso lavoro, ma a quale costo di lavoro manuale ripetitivo e interazioni complesse/obsolete? Fa il suo lavoro in modo brillante e ti divertirai comunque a usarlo per ottenere informazioni più utili sul tuo hotel e sull'esperienza dei tuoi ospiti.
Cosa non ti piace o pensi possa essere migliorato?
Penso che in futuro potranno ancora espandere le loro funzionalità, in particolare con lo sviluppo dell'intelligenza artificiale, ma quello che fanno, lo fanno alla grande!
