Habitas Group Implements Sabre's Hospitality Technology
The multi-year agreement includes SynXis Central Reservation System (CRS) allowing the hotel group to distribute its content through the different sales channels, improve efficiencies and maximize revenue
Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), a leading software and technology provider powering the global travel industry, and the sustainable-focused hospitality management group, Habitas, announced today the successful implementation of SynXis Booking Engine, SynXis Voice Agent, and GDS Distribution.

Habitas leverages multiple hospitality solutions from Sabre, including:
- SynXis Booking Engine will help optimize Habitas’ website to drive conversion by providing a fast, seamless booking experience to its guests, who can now enjoy a mobile-first design that is user friendly. It
- SynXis Voice Agent, a best-in-class hospitality-specific call center tool that guides agents through the conversational flow of making a reservation, delivering a great guest experience in multiple languages, and leading to high conversion.
- Channel Connect streamlines Habitas’ distribution of rates and inventory to hundreds of online travel agencies (OTAs) and tour operators around the world, allowing them to reach new guests while ensuring parity across channels.
Habitas was founded in 2014 by Oliver Ripley, Kfir Levy and Eduardo Castillo with the idea to produce events that brought people together and share interests such as music, food, and art. The success of those events led to the idea of building hotels based on the same retreat concept, launching the first one in 2016 in Tulum, Mexico. Today, they stand by the same principles of providing a hotel experience powered by music, wellness, art, adventure, food, learning and giving back.
