Motel One and dailypoint™ expand strategic collaboration
Motel One has been working with dailypoint since May 2025 on the phased migration of its 110 properties to Oracle OPERA Cloud and the simultaneous rollout of dailypoint’s Customer Data Platform across the hotel group.
The Motel One Group and dailypoint™ have expanded their existing partnership to include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and B2B Sales. In addition, the Munich-based software company has successfully completed the technical migration of Motel One’s 110 properties to Oracle OPERA Cloud, connecting them to dailypoint’s CDP through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP).
The cornerstone of the expanded collaboration is Motel One’s implementation of dailypoint’s Customer Relationship Management and Customer Data Platform. With the goal of enhancing guest personalization and managing customer communications in a more systematic and efficient way, Motel One can now consolidate guest data from multiple sources into a single unified database while eliminating duplicate information across its IT systems.
At the same time, dailypoint’s Customer Data Platform will strengthen Motel One’s B2B sales capabilities by enabling the structured management of corporate customer data, resulting in improved account management and service. The migration to Oracle OPERA Cloud also provides a real-time, bi-directional data flow between all 110 Motel One properties and dailypoint’s Customer Data Platform, allowing the hotel group to make faster, data-driven decisions based on up-to-date guest information.
