What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Cloud based structure and flexible integration and all in one options are the best. User friendly UI and very fast support is distinctive examples for them. Hotel based membership options and solutions also very good.

Answer:

If you want loyalty , membership mangement and also campaign management all in one point, this product covers all of your needs. Integration with all the possible Oracle PMS products makes the product number one choice for the major accounts and local acounts also

- easy to use - daily data cleaning - quality management wich presents a nice evaluation of guest reviews - solid analytics overview - great guest statistic overview -

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

- loyality programm could be improved, guest overview (website) could be presented in a better way - sales tool should be continously improved but as its just previously launched, its a normal process

What do you like most?

The fast and very professional support. The possibilities and there is never a "no - its not possible" its always - lets check and do it. Many things can be programmed or try to be programmed by the DP IT...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The Loyalty program could be a bit more fancy and professional but there are surprisingly many features, like the wallet, which i did not expect.
