Did you know you can create a fully flexible page by your own? We have preferred web agencies we work with who can help. Just check for instance H-Rewards from Deutsche Hospitality created by Workmartrix. The backend is dailypoint the front-end totally indivual created. In addition Incert offers as well a loyalty front-end using dailypoint back-end. You can also use for instance Neorcha as a hotel app which offers an out-of-the-box dailypoint loyalty integration. Easily create new rates, packages and users. It's also great that you can add any components and link them directly to the confirmations from - in our case - Protel, so that an automated process takes place and errors can be avoided. The simple design and the inclusion of images is also great.

What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Improved data quality for hotels through digitalisation and data laundry so only one profile per guest remains which results in much better guest centric communication followed by increased revenues. The open API is ideal for flexibly connecting other systems at any time. Having all relevant information in one place is a big advantage to hoteliers, saving time, money and resources.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Dailypoint is an experienced company that has accumulated years of knowledge about the hotel industry. Thanks to the open interface, it is possible to flexibly connect almost all common PMS systems as well as other software at any time. Nevertheless, data silos are dissolved and a large store of knowledge is created.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

With Dailypoint it is like with almost all other systems. You have to be commited to it and there should be clear responsibilities as to who takes care of the system. These people should take advantage of all the training and work consistently with Dailypoint. The more one knows and uses it, the better the results and the revenues.
