Up to 24 Daily Rate Updates – PriceLabs Launches Real-Time Sync for Hotels

Revenue management software PriceLabs has announced the launch of Real-Time Sync, a premium add-on built to bring enhanced responsiveness and precision to hotel and multi-unit pricing.

This new capability goes beyond the standard one-to-three daily syncs, enabling up to 24 pricing updates per day for eligible PMS connections. For properties operating in fast-paced markets, delays in rate optimization can impact pricing accuracy, particularly during events such as concerts, weather disruptions, or group cancellations.

Real-Time Sync uses webhooks from a property’s Property Management System (PMS) to detect and respond to important updates, including new reservations, cancellations, maintenance blocks, or group bookings.
