Screen Pilot Appoints Veteran Marketing Executive Justin Larsen as CEO
Company founder, Tom Dibble, transitions to new, strategic development role
Screen Pilot, one of hospitality’s top digital marketing firms, today announced that Justin Larsen has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Larsen replaces Screen Pilot’s founder, Tom Dibble, as Dibble transitions into a new, strategic development role within the company.
Larsen, a seasoned executive with extensive leadership and commercial strategy success, brings a wealth of knowledge to the role of CEO and a track record of developing transformative digital strategies for hotels and resorts. He previously served as Vice President (Digital) within the Screen Pilot organization. As CEO, he will oversee Screen Pilot’s continued expansion in the Americas and the evolution of its service capabilities.

In his new role as Chairman at Screen Pilot, Dibble, who oversaw recent expansions into the United Kingdom and Latin America, will focus on strategic growth in international markets and support the Screen Pilot leadership team.
