the Bad out weighs any of the good that this system has to offer. if you see VerDent by Emerson stay away. We have a 420 room hotel I hardly ever had a Fan coil fail due to a stat or control failure . now that the VerDent system by Emerson is in, the calls on stats in rooms are daily two and three a day .

It takes a little longer to get this system, since it is not US based, but it is worth the wait. Super simple install and is very user friendly. We no longer get calls from guests asking how to work the thermostat.
Pairs perfectly with the PTAC units and allows for greater control of energy.

The system has several configuration options to allow you to set your property up specifically to how you want the temperature and setback limits. The wireless thermostats have helped reduce energy by automatically setting back the temperature shortly after room is vacated and no longer waiting, possibly 8 hours, for the housekeeper to adj...
