What do you like most?
It takes a little longer to get this system, since it is not US based, but it is worth the wait. Super simple install and is very user friendly. We no longer get calls from guests asking how to work the thermostat. Pairs perfectly with the PTAC units and allows for greater control of energy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The lead time to get the items through customs, but I don’t think you can control that unless it becomes US based.
