What do you like most?
It does what it’s designed for. Easy to control. Clean looking platform. Just with it was a bit more reliable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For some reason the wall unit and card reader lose communication with each other and this happens quite often. If this was resolved then I would give a much higher score. Also our guest complains have been fewer but my scores don’t reflect this.
