What do you like most?
the Bad out weighs any of the good that this system has to offer. if you see VerDent by Emerson stay away. We have a 420 room hotel I hardly ever had a Fan coil fail due to a stat or control failure . now that the VerDent system by Emerson is in, the calls on stats in rooms are daily two and three a day .
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
the power transformers fail weekly , the same 115 volt that the Fan coil units use , is coming from the same source that feed the TVs and other devices on the floors . tech support at VerDent is saying the the the power source is the problem . the power is not the problem its VerDent cheap parts .
