What do you like most?
I like the easy access to our company finance data and the accuracy of the produced reports. The Daily Revenue report is a very good tool to work with on both hotel and corporate level. On daily basis we are able to track data with no issues and support our decisions based on the multiple reports we have access to in HIA . HIA is definitely every accountant friend..
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More timely communication from the support team. Definitely the time of getting answers quicker since we are dealing with the time sensitive information. Also, training videos would be a great addition to the provided support and make users more comfortable at the beginning of their journey with HIA.
