What do you like most?
The payments automation is a lifesaver. It automatically processes payments and sends out invoices, significantly reducing the manual work for our accounting team. This feature has drastically reduced errors and freed up staff time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the support team is knowledgeable, getting a timely response to an urgent issue can be a challenge. Faster response times would provide more peace of mind.
