I really can't think of any area where I have noticed any need for improvement. They are great in all areas and to the extent I ever have an issue, which is very rare, I am always able to reach one of their techs and get friendly and helpful assistance in rectifying the issue. I am very critical of most software companies and their help desks. With so many, you have to spend a great deal of time and effort trying to reach a human and quite often are never able to do so. Even when you do, with almost all of them, the help desk is located somewhere where the person is very hard to understand even if they are trying to be helpful. That is not the case with eviivo. They are available and understand our business and are great communicators.
