We don't have to worry about double bookings with Eviivo either, which can be an issue if your bookings are coming in via several online travel agencies 'OTA's'. It was one of my worst fears! Trying to juggle calendars. Over the last couple of years we have managed to drive more and more bookings directly through our website so it's great that we don't pay commission on those bookings via Eviivo. I can even offer a discount to people booking direct so there is incentive to do so. We've also just got our booze license and can now offer extras at the stage of booking. Also, I'm a bit of a geek so I love the many different types of reports. They are super useful at VAT time too!"

"The eviivo app is a godsend. Now I can be in control of my bookings wherever I am, whatever I am doing. I can check occupancy when I’m shopping so I know exactly what I need going forward and I can organise my own time too. The app is great because I get notifications immediately a booking comes in, no need to check emails or open up the PC. This means I can send “thank you“ texts and request information straight away, which creates a good impression with the guest. When I get telephone enquiries I can just open the app wherever I am and advise on availability, no having to ask the caller to wait while I get on the PC or call back when I get home. Lots of wins and I feel in control of my business without having to stay close to the house. Well done eviivo, I’d recommend all your users to get the app."
