His sessions were highly dinamyc and engaging. He created an interactive environment where the staff felt motivated, involved and eager to learn.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The training period was to short and very intense. An additional week would have been beneficial. More time would have allowed deeper understanding and greater confidence in using it effectively.
