What do you like most?

StayNTouch is very user friendly and can be accessed anywhere. Being able to access the system from my phone has proved to be helpful more than once. The support team is very responsive.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The continue to make improvements to the system. I like being able to share my suggestions on their service portal and reading suggestions from other end users.

I've never encountered a PMS system that is so easy to use. It saves a tremendous amount of time by offering quick training and employee onboarding .

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I would like to see them continue adding more integrations with other software. This would make the rollouts to additional properties faster.

The system is effortless and very user friendly. Quick training & employee onboarding process. The cloud base solution makes it easy to browse on the go via cell phone, tablet, pc

More in-depth training on billing and the initial setup of the system. The system has virtually no weaknesses compared to other pms systems.
