What do you like most?

Excellent with the pace at which you can check guests in! Allowing you to better communicate with guests. The simplicity of the software make it teachable and undeniably an appealing plain to work with.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I just feel if a guest has not already made reservation, there is one too many steps to add them.

This is without a doubt the most user friendly PMS I have work with in over 25 years. Another key feature is that is cloud based and you are always able to work with it off property and on the road. ...

What do you like most?

Very easy and smooth transition from our old PMS. Training and implementation was easy and the system has proven to be very user friendly.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Group section of the system can use some enhancements but, other than that, very happy with the system as is my entire team.
