SNT is incredibly user friendly once you gain more comfortability with the program. Julia Josephson, our property's Implementation Consultant, was a God-send when it came to providing simplified explanations to those "not so simple" tasks that we utilize as a front desk. She was very patient and happy to help at all times!

StayNTouch is ahead of the curve when it comes to product innovation. First, with their cloud-based solution, they are making it easier than ever for hoteliers to stay mobile and connected while on-site. And now, with the new contactless solutions they have for hotel check-in, they are providing even more value to hoteliers who need to stay safe in the post-COVID times.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

StayNTouch is a very modernized take on the age-old PMS. These systems that have been around for a long time are not always as adaptable to other technology systems or modern on-site processes. StayNTouch will have solutions that help hotels who want to keep up with the latest technologies and services.

Answer:

Consider the other technology solutions that work well with the StayNTouch PMS, and compare that list with the vendors you're considering.
