He eased all of our fears and helped us through the whole process. We felt so blessed to have him help us during a very scary transition. He made himself available to us for any need whatsover. He worked diligently and efficiently to help us meet the necessary goals in order to provide us with the smoothest transition possible. The comparison when speaking to my staff before and after the conversion to our transition is enough to speak volumes to both my and their experience with David. He was more than happy to come to my aid as a young manager and left me with a sense of accomplishment that will not be easily forgotten. I cannot imagine anyone else ever accomplishing what he did during his time with us. Although we faced techinical difficulties, hiccups, and bumps in the road; he helped us through it with a smile on his face. I would be honored to have him stay with us again. My staff and myself truly look forward to continuing to work with him in the future, knowing that he will be a part of the support team moving forward is a comfort beyond measure. I am so very thankful for David and my staff has told me how happy they are that he was the one present in their time of need. In summary, David was exactly what we needed. We could not have asked for a more experienced or knowledgeable advocate. He not only know the system well, he also has a way of explaining it that eases concerns. He made what seemed like an unsurmountable task something accomplishable and a tangible goal for our team.
