What do you like most?
The software is intuitive and easy to use. Doing journal entries is a breeze. It is very easy to train new hires.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main thing that I would like to see improved is the credit memo system. From an accounting perspective, we are entering the data as a debit. So even though I know that I am entering a credit memo, it still looks wrong. There is also the issue that these immediately post to the P&L. And while I understand the benefit of that, people do make mistakes and I would LOVE to be able to review these before they are posted. Or even just an easy way to deleted them! I would like to see more editable items in general. For instance, you cannot change a vendor after you have entered an invoice. Because we have many vendors that have multiple remittance addresses, it is easy to choose the wrong vendor. It would be nice if we could change the vendor while the invoice is on hold instead of having to delete and re-enter.
