What do you like most?
We cooperate with Exely since 2022 and we are very much satisfied. All the employees are very eager to help, inform and solve any problem that occurs and they are very well informed and polite. The channel manager is very easy to use and extremely useful for the room management. It helps us to avoid overbooking.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It will be very helpful for us if there were some employees, which speak greek because sometimes is difficult for us to express technical problems in english.
