What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile application could be improved. It's more difficult to use than the desktop version and requires more updates. The system slows down considerably from time to time, hindering quick results.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, I don't see any significant areas for improvement right now. The system is quite user-friendly, stable, and meets our needs. If I were to consider any future features, new reporting and analytics tools based on user feedback would always add value. Aside from that, the team and the product are doing a really good job.

Communication is easy, the staff is very helpful, and the platform is easy to use. nowadays, we receive a lot of fake credit card bookings. i hope we can find a solution to this problem.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Fake credit card issues should be eliminated. Guest communication via email is helpful, and availability checks should be performed more frequently, as we have experienced issues, especially during July.

A very good product for small hotels. PMS, booking engine, and channel manager are all included in one system, which is really handy.
Also great that you can build a hotel website quickly — you just need a domain.

The available reports are good enough for daily use, but it would be great to have more of them or an option to request a custom report.

Currently i manage sales & revenue at Consti hotel, and generally manage Olchazor boutique hotel. For both hotels team of exely support us with the rate of 11 out of 10. Very quick reaction from Petr, Mila and Shokir aka. Petr quickly and professionally launched special offers for long stay and early booking for our hotel and consulted me to regulate prices of our web site, while Mila supported me to connect our hotel to TripConnect function of TripAdvisor. On the last of my job at PRAGA HOTEL Mila supported to integrate TripAdvisor and web site , after all i increased direct sales of a web site, hope second time i meet those results. Shokir aka is best of best supporter, always with excellent mood, professionally shares all the tips of front desk and very quickly reacts to any technical questions i face during reservation. Possibility of changing some colors on booking engine module. Sometimes colors of booking module not contrasted with hotel's brand color.

Possibility of using hotel's own brand color on booking engine. Sometimes hotel's brand color is not contrasted with colors exely offers at booking engine.

What we especially appreciate is that the system is constantly evolving, with regular updates and improvements that show the team truly works on developing the product further.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the same time, there are a few areas where further enhancements would be highly valuable. In particular, more flexible personalization for each individual property would significantly improve the user experience and allow better adaptation to specific operational needs.
Additionally, we believe the financial functionality could be strengthened. It would be a great improvement to have a built-in P&L (Profit & Loss) tracking and reporting tool directly within the platform. This would make financial management more transparent, efficient, and integrated without relying on external systems.
