What do you like most?
I enjoyed working with Paulina as she explained things efficiently! We were having some funny issues with our system and she very much made sure that all of my questions were answered before getting off the phone.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As a company as a whole response time when we put in service issues could use some improvement. Along with a little clearer communication once we've reached out for an issue on the timeline in which we will get a response. This time we had a great turn around and great service from start to finish so the improvement may already be in the works.
