Secondly, looking ahead, we are hoping that Exely can offer a comprehensive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution in the nearby future. This would be invaluable in enabling us to gain a truly full circle of knowledge for our guests, from their initial inquiry and booking preferences to their on-property behavior and post-stay feedback.
