What do you like most?
Not a lot, it needs far more improvements and the team who design it need to road test it before release.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Your add ins are constant problems.Your RMS POS system is a nightmare as it is just a work in progress, it doesn't integrate properly and is a nightmare to set up and doesn't integrate properly. RMS pay is a real headache, with excessive fees and regular problems, at least once a month we don't get payment due to glitches or some stupid Victoria public holiday which is nothing to do with the banking system. I am really disappointed with the extra services we have bought this year. We should have gone elsewhere.
