The implementation has been very easy Implementing the tools has been simple and easy for our entire team. We also found the ability to connect with other technologies to be optimal.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer service. Broadly speaking, some of the people involved in answering emails or calls have left us frustrated with their lack of attention and how slowly they respond.
