What do you like most?
Great support with our account managers and technical support team, made it easy to onboard to Mews and learn what the platform did without internal team training. The team is great at responding, suggesting fixes to issues, or providing admin updates. Even login capabilities are easy, with access to logins via authentication apps, meaning I never have to worry about forgotten passwords.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
From a marketing point of view, the ability to drill down and attribute the bookings by website channel, i.e. organic, social, affiliate, etc, either by UTM's or an internal tracking system. (I am aware we have the ability to denote a booking by the area website, OTA, email etc but this is a little too high level). Outside of this however, there is nothing off the top of my head comes to mind ! I am sure whatever anyone has suggested so far will only serve to benefit the usability of the system!
