What do you like most?
Duve handles the nitty gritty which helps us focus on just running our accommodation. They handle bookings, guest messages and communication prior to check in as well as all of our listings online. They also check with us for anything they might not be able to answer themselves. It's so helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like more of a clear run through of what the guest sees/gets when they book. Sometimes we deal with a couple of people from Duve but they all seem to know what goes on so it's really not much of an issue. Communication on a group chat is easy. Logging into Duve and navigation of client bookings isn't super smooth. All information is there though and it's not hard it's just not the most simple/ clear navigation.
