What do you like most?
Their support team is responsive and timely and detailed. CSM, Raymond Schum has been exceptional with his guidance on how to best optimize the applications available and provide alternatives so that we remain productive. This relates to determining how to best structure our strategy within the backend so that it is easier and efficient for us to manage and execute. When dealing with urgent requests, Raymond has stepped up to deliver and when not able to, has provided us guidance. Never leaving us in the dark. Always someone I can rely on to find solutions and fixes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customized reporting. I would love to be able to get data based on my requirements. The data exists, so I believe that the system must be able to access the data and spit out the reporting based on my needs. Speed of portal application both on desktop and mobile must be improved. While it is fast, I feel that it must be able to speed up. The search option within the reservation reporting needs to improve with better options to find reservations and faster.
