What do you like most?
I especially value how intuitive the platform is, and how the support team’s revenue management expertise has guided me in making the right adjustments and optimizations. As an independent hotel, implementing revenue management can be challenging without the large teams and resources that chain hotels have. RoomPriceGenie has made this not only possible but also easy and effective. The system automates much of the day-to-day pricing work, while still giving me flexibility to adjust strategies when needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system works very well for pricing, but I think more detailed reporting and analytics could make it even stronger, especially for tracking long-term performance.
