What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While we're not currently aware of other services from the competition, our experience with the HiJiffy chatbot has shown several strengths. It offers a well-integrated solution for guest communication, with omnichannel support and 24/7 availability. However, one area where it could improve is its machine learning capabilities. Enhancing its ability to learn from guest interactions and adapt responses more intelligently would make it even more effective and personalized.
