What do you like most?
I like how eZee Centrix keeps all our room inventory and rates synced across every OTA we work with. Earlier, our team spent hours updating each platform separately and we often worried about over bookings. Now, the system does it automatically in real time, and we can monitor everything from one dashboard. This not only saves us time but also brings peace of mind knowing that our availability is always accurate for guests booking online.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be even better if the reporting section included more customizable options for daily insights, so managers could analyze performance faster.
