What do you like most?
By using RUNRR.ai we managed to improve the guest satisfaction substantially and especially the easy set up and flexibility from the company makes working with them a real pleasure. The fact that we are saving on own FTE's and still able to connect with our guests and provide them with the best information possible is a real step forward in the whole guest journey. My team managed to reply quicker and in more detail the moment the conversation was moved from AI to the team. This also makes a big difference for the guests and moreover for our guests. Worth to mention is the fact that we did not receive any single complain that the answers where AI created, which was one of my major worries from the beginning. I can truly recommend any hotel to start the process of working with RUNNR.ai in order to enhance the guest experience and maintain a proper cost control on the other hand.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In general, I believe that more awareness needs to be created in what AI can do for our guests. RUNRR.ai is a very good solution so it needs to be introduced to more and more companies. We had some issues with the connectivity into our large corporate framework. It might be good to see how these issues can be solved in the long run. I believe when it is possible to show that there is no danger into sharing that it is much easier to implement with various chains as well.
