It is very user-friendly and can be understood by any type of guest. In addition to accessing your room, for example, you are also provided with all the necessary information about both the accommodation, surroundings and, for example, places of interest and good restaurants.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The personal touch makes it feel very service-oriented. You can request the information you need and you get your answer immediately sent to you. Also the combination between sending the mobile key and all the information you need as a guest makes the whole check-in process very easy and fast. This allows the guest to enjoy his/her stay and take advantage of all the services a location has to offer. Nothing is more irritating than spending a long time waiting at a reception desk for assistance and filling out a whole check-in form.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

If you are looking for a solution that can reduce your workload, the combination of YourMobileKey and Runnr.ai is a great solution. The entire check-in process at the reception is no longer necessary; the guest receives his/her access via a link, and the guests are provided with all the useful guest information and can ask questions directly via Whatsapp. The tool ensures that these questions are answered immediately.
