What do you like most?
Quick responses from support and service. Good developments in improvements and with a sense of what is needed in the business. Relieves staff the time to answer standard questions and focus on what is specifically needed for guests. Overall we have around 1,500 messages per month by ai and follow up on aprox 60 or so which need a personal solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We like the application and it would be nice to be able to use for event management as well, as this is a timesaver for both guests and business.
