What do you like most?
Front Desk & Reservation System, the Channel Manager, and the Booking Engine, since these are the products we are using.
What I like most is how simple and user-friendly Little Hotelier is. Everything is well organized, and I can easily manage reservations, availability, and payments in one place. It saves me time, reduces mistakes, and keeps my work much smoother.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the system can be a little slow when loading or refreshing, and I think having faster response times would make it even better. Also, adding more detailed reporting options and customization would be very useful for daily management.
