What do you like most?
WebRezPro is great software and I tell everyone I can! Their customer service, training, and support is top notch. The system is very user friendly and intuitive. Running my Inn is so much easier with this system...I don't know how I could do it without WebRezPro. Highly recommend to anyone in the lodging industry. Starting with the training we received during our on-boarding period, to continued usage of the program, I am continuously appreciative and impressed at how robust the system is an how knowledgeable the support team is. Sometimes the support I need is as simple as looking it up in their online user manual. Other times I need to call and speak with a support team member. When that happens, the person is always friendly, patient, and will go above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with the solution and that the system is doing what I need it to do. I look forward to continuing to work with WebRezPro as my property grows.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't think of anything right now that I would want improved. I appreciate that they are continuously doing updates and upgrades to make it better.
