What do you like most?
eZee Absolute and eZee Centrix have helped us simplify and organize our hotel operations. With eZee Absolute, we can easily manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, billing, and housekeeping without confusion. It has reduced manual work and made our operations much faster. eZee Centrix makes OTA connectivity very smooth by keeping rates and availability updated automatically across all online channels, which has helped us avoid double bookings and maintain better control. The system is reliable, user-friendly, and the customer support team is always available to guide us whenever needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are still a few areas that can be improved. Sometimes, the updates on certain OTAs through eZee Centrix take extra time to reflect. The reporting and analytics section in eZee Absolute could also be more detailed with customizable options to generate specific insights. For new users, more structured training guides and video resources would be very helpful. Additionally, the mobile app could be made more efficient and smoother for daily operational use.
