What do you like most?
1) Ease of mapping rooms to channels. 2) Quick action, friendly communication and fast response time from the SiteMinder support team - shout out to Cristina, Angel and Sasha who somehow almost always get stuck with me and my barrage of questions. 3) The new-ish feature of being able to assign multiple rooms to a rate plan in one window (fabulous upgrade from the previous one-by-one assignment function. I swear I almost wept with joy when I saw that multi-room-rate table for the first time).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be hugely beneficial to be able to view the change logs of room types and rates in our inventory, e.g. if there is a unfamiliar stop sell active for a room over a certain period, it would be great to check the last updates for that room so we can identify the cause and find a quick solution.. was it manually actioned by another of my team members? was it sent by our PMS? was it a bird? a plane? I guess me and Kanye will never know...
