What do you like most?
What we value most is the constant, up-to-date overview of the current situation—occupancy, capacity utilization, revenue trends, etc.—allowing us to react immediately to any changes. The very clear and structured presentation, which allows quick and easy access to all important information, is also particularly helpful.
The system is clearly structured and has noticeably helped us improve our revenue management. We would especially like to highlight the employees: extremely competent, always helpful, and with extensive industry expertise. The collaboration is solution-oriented, uncomplicated, and very pleasant. We can recommend happyhotel without reservation and are delighted to have such a reliable partner at our side.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The daily report is already very well presented and clear. It contains most of the relevant key figures. It would be nice to have some additional information, such as the current number of guests and, if possible, a comparison with the previous year.
