What do you like most?
The reports it provides on a monthly basis are very useful for internal control, the notifications of all reservations from all OTAs are excellent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe they provide tutorials on how to get the most out of the program, price management, rate configuration. In reality, the program works alone, but it seems that there are several options that could be used in a small business.
