What do you like most?
It's a very intuitive and easy-to-use tool. What I like most, for example, is that when it comes to reviewing reservations, the Timeline makes it very easy and quick, and all the information is clearly visible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes, when our roommates mark the rooms as clean, the app doesn't update. It doesn't happen all the time; it's a one-off, but it shouldn't give an error because we waste time thinking they're dirty when they aren't.
