What do you like most?
RoomMaster is such a joy to work with, easy to train FDAs on using the software, we have 4 hotels that uses RoomMaster and utilizes minimal hardware and we do not have loss of revenue to downtime. * Easy to use. * Software easy to troubleshoot. * Very economical.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some improvements would not hurt: * More accounting parameters to interface with accounting software. * A self check-in kiosk would be nice.
