We just started working with Hovr, and already can't say enough good things! Andraea is SO sweet and has been extremely helpful with getting us all set up. We have only been using the tech for about a month now but are excited to see all the results from adding video to our web content in 2026.
I love the many new onsite features like fill and some of the upcoming ones. We have really enjoyed seeing the influenced revenue Hovr has helped up collect! Their staff is incredibly helpful in providing suggestions that have increased our site traffic!

I think it could be improved through more tracking and metrics. Even though it shows me how many people are engaging with the video - I think it would be helpful to have the capability to use the videos as a CTA to book.

With all things considered, I have not ran into any pain-points with the company or software at hand that have not been handled promptly.... More integrations perhaps? Although this has not been my pain-point, i could see the need for additions as Hovr expands the industries in which they serve. However, I have spoke to everyone from representatives to the CEO and all have the same level of care to the clients which speaks volumes on the culture and what you inherently end up getting as partners in the hotelier space.
