Many features for automation of guest communication. Furthermore there are a lot of different abilities on content creation.
The UI is very friendly for the user.
The product is already integrated to a large number of pms
The services and products of Smart Host deliver a recognizable increase in direct bookings. The Features and the Design of the campaigns are usually outstanding, the mini Websites that are created per offer look fantastic.
Smarthost helps our customers in digital sales (especially in direct sales) to become even more successful. The APIs in particular are great from a technical point of view & a clever product combination.
The product really helps us to target the right customer at the right time. we did not personalize our newsletters before, with smart Host we can do that super easily, without our tech team or an internal tech team - this just improved our click rate and thus booking rate a lot.

Answer:
Looking at other CRM systems, many of which are older and less UI/UX - optimized, Smart Host CRM is sleek and easy to use in comparison. The ease of implementation also sets it apart from other CRM systems that I have seen.

Fast software development and Smart Host delivers many new features all the time. The team is very responsive.
The product provides individualized guest communication easily and very fast. Personal support is one of the assets using a long - term assigned success manager
Competitors are many out there. Usually the direct connection to PMS Systems is not really available or just in a "basic" way - Smart Host managed to integrate a lot of big PMS System deeply in their Systems and therefore can use a lot of the PMS Information for their Mailings.
The layout of the offers for guests and the selection of templates for hotels is great. In addition, there is the great user-friendliness in the backend. We have been able to implement many successful projects together.
It is really easy to use, great UX/UI, and what I personally really love is the customer success team. They are always available, help us with all our problems. We had a great onboarding and also ongoing feedback process and customer service.

Smart Host is a CRM and guest marketing platform which generates intelligent guest profiles. The tools of the automated campaigns and pre- prost or withing the stay reservation communication elevates the customer personalized experience
Plug your PMS to it and work with the recommondations of the System to get personalized, in time messages out there that have an impact on your direct bookings. Double Check your E-Mail templates and test a lot!
This product requires an intact system landscape in which the basics (in digital distribution) are in place. For me these are: PMS & CRS (channel manager incl. IBE), RMS. A CRM is a must have to remain competitive in the future.
this is really the best CRM for hoteliers that are not part of a big chain: great product, easy to use, better customer service than the big corporates and it has been built according to the single hotel owners needs in the higher class environment
