What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Partnering with The Guestbook has been phenomenal. From the team that works behind the scenes making sure they can provide users with the best value when booking hotels around the world to the ease of use of their loyalty program. The various options given to guests between cash back, cash for a cause or cash forward give flexibility to all kind of travelers.

Question:

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The cash back option is a huge differentiator from larger hotel chains and other loyalty programs. It is a unique feature that offers independent hotels tremendous value. The Guestbook booking platform is also a very cool way to browse hundreds of hotels they work with.

Question:

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

I would highly recommend a hotel partner implementing Guestbook into their booking flow. The various rewards offered make this product a great addition for guests. It's a great additional incentive for guests to book on the hotel website and a great way for hotels to drive additional business.
