Besides my market manager Gabby, what I like most about this system is how the hands off technology and easy production reporting. I also like the marketing affect.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

At this time, I do not think there is anything that be added to improve this system. I love this product.

What do you like most?

Increasing direct bookings by offering direct incentives to those whose choose to book directly with us. The clarity behind the messaging is a great plus as well.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Although it is a great tool, there is always room of improvement. I think it would be great to offer email blast for participating properties.

We enjoy working with Guest Book because it offers our guests the opportunity to accrue cash back rewards for booking direct and provides a loyalty program for our independent hotel. Conversion rates on o...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There is not much we would say needs to be improved. It might be useful to do A/B testing twice per year to see how effective the program is for different seasons.

The Loyalty program is super easy to use, from both a guest perspective and hotel operations perspective. We love the increase in direct bookings and our guests love the rewards for booking direct!
