The Guestbook has been a wonderful addition to our hotel. As an independent hotel with market competitors from an array of Brands, it was so important for us to have a loyalty program. It would be great if we could tap into the entire member database from The Guestbook instead of just the guests that signed up through our specific hotel.

We knew we could not design a program with rewards to rival the Brands on our own so enter The Guestbook! The rewards are meaningful & easy to see your choices while reconciliation is also simple for the hotel.

We love being able to offer a "member" promotion through The Guestbook since the Brands all have these as well. Finally - the meeting planner incentive also gives us a closing tool for group business.
