The Guestbook continually makes improvements and changes to the information that presents itself to the potential guest during the online booking process. I really do not have any ideas for improvement.

What do you like most?

It has exposed more future and repeat guests to book our family of resorts. We are able to campaign those guests with exclusive offers for direct bookings.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Have a wider ranger of rewards offerings if possible besides cash rebate or cash forward. Offer a rewards marketplace of sorts. Convert cash back to rewards points for either a future stay or product.

The program has brought us a good amount of business from other properties that use Guestbook as well as enticing guests that come directly to our website.

The program is starting to get more and more hotels added. The more that are added the more a chance to get cross bookings from other properties.

What I like the most about the guest book is how easy it is for users to navigate as everything is pretty straightforward. Our guests love to get rewards and they use the program a lot.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I think they could improve their brand awareness and exposure. The ability to give guests points could also be great.
