What do you like most?

I have found GuestBook to be a extremely useful selling tool for our guests, increasing their value when staying at our hotel. It is easy to use and helps drive revenue to the hotel.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Everything is great, nothing at this time. The software works seamlessly, can see dashboard of bookings and participate in marketing and promotions.

- Guest-centric options (without caveats/'red tape'/et cetera) to incentivize direct bookings - Easy to do business with from Front Office and Finance perspectives - Customizable website visibility

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

While it's already great, enhancing the user's call-to-action during the booking flow would benefit the overall UX. Otherwise thanks folks, keep up the great work.
