What is MotoPress?

MotoPress Hotel Booking is an all-in-one WordPress booking solution designed for hotels, vacation rentals, B&Bs, hostels, apartments, and other short-term rental businesses that want to accept direct reservations through their own website. The plugin combines a customizable booking engine with availability, pricing, payment, reservation, and distribution tools, supporting unlimited properties and bookings without charging a commission per reservation.

The direct booking engine provides real-time availability search, mobile-friendly booking forms, individual property calendars, and multi-property reservations. Operators can create custom search filters such as location, accommodation type, capacity, or price range, while the system can recommend suitable accommodations based on the number of guests. Travelers can select arrival and departure dates directly from availability calendars and view daily pricing during the booking process.

Flexible revenue management capabilities include seasonal rates, variable pricing based on occupancy, weekly and monthly rates, daily pricing adjustments, coupons, taxes, fees, and bookable extras or services. Properties can accept online payments through supported gateways, while WooCommerce integration expands access to additional payment methods.

Built-in iCal synchronization connects website availability with external channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com, automatically importing and exporting reservations to help prevent overbooking. Operators can also manage reservations, guest and payment information, availability, and manually created bookings through the WordPress dashboard or dedicated mobile app.

MotoPress can be expanded through add-ons for automated payment requests, multi-currency support, PDF invoices, custom checkout fields, Mailchimp integration, event-driven guest emails, PriceLabs rate synchronization, reviews, and additional payment options. Integrations with Gutenberg, Elementor, and Divi provide further control over how booking forms, accommodation listings, and availability calendars appear on the hotel's direct booking website.
