My rep is great, responses are timely. No suggestions to improve. They are always on top of things and create great content for us. Both Natalie and the people who respond have our hotels best interest in mind and always take the time to assist when needed.

Travel Media Group has been nothing short of fantastic as our Social Media Promotor. After hiring them last year, Travel Media Group was able to work directly with each account and gain access to our social media accounts, which had been dormant for over 3 years due to management turnover. Passwords and logins had been lost, but Travel Media Group was able to regain control for us and jumpstart our presence. Not only that, which seemed to us a miracle, but Travel Media Group has been so creative and well rounded with our posts. I am able to have a biweekly call to give input and go over upcoming post ideas. Elisabeth, our account manager, is so willing to listen and give feedback and makes sure they are covering what we want covered. She wants the very best for our posts and that includes both my input and her expertise along with the post creators. Elisabeth never misses a beat. She is wonderful. I couldn't ask for more or for a better company to work with.

Nothing at this point. They are covering everything I need, from written content to pictures of local sites and attractions, to detailed coverage of our resort. I am super happy with Travel Media Group.
