What do you like most?
TMG handles all our social media. We couldn't be happier with their services and support. The entire TMG team is truly an extension of our hotel team and they work hard contributing to our success. The social media team perfectly pulls together even last minute posts, and the folks who cover the respond and resolve strategy are very talented writers who convey genuine care and concern with each and every response. I highly recommend working with TMG, they're a solid investment.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing to improve on. Thank you to the entire TMG team for all the wonderful support! Everyone is highly responsive, helpful, and persistent (when I'm not easy to connect with). I'm grateful for each TMG rep I've worked with over the years. Well done HR!
